Mr. Carswell, age 57 went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Southland Nursing Home. He was born January 13, 1964. He was disabled. Mr. Carswell was memorialized by Cremation. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrrangements.
