Aldine "Buck Tapley Jr.

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Aldine "Buck" Hawkins Tapley, Jr., age 77 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Bishop A. Tim Chapman and Rev. Robert Hall will officiate. Mr. Tapley was born on August 4, 1939 in Vidalia, Georgia. He was the son of the late Aldine Hawkins Tapley, Sr. and Vera Lawerence Tapley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara McBride Tapley, and by his son, Keith Tapley. He has lived in Laurens County for the past 47 years. He was Owner/Operator of Riverside Concrete Company. Mr. Tapley passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Serenity Place. Mr. Tapley is survived by his sons, Mark (Heidi) Tapley of Cleveland, and Clay (Amanda) Tapley of Dublin, a daughter in law, Kathy Tapley of Dublin, , 2 sisters, Marilyn Horne of Kingsland, Donnie Etheridge of Jonesboro, AR, 6 grandchildren, Adam Tapley, Clayton Tapley, Samantha Tapley, Heather Elliott, Sarah Tapley, and Rachel Cosson, and 4 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:30 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at 381 Pinehill Road, Dublin, GA 31021, and from 12:30 P.M. until 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel have charge of funeral arrangements.
