Anthony "Tony" Smith Wynne

A Private Graveside Memorial services for Anthony "Tony" Smith Wynne, age 84 will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Northview Cemetery. Mr. Thurmon Foskey will officiate. Mr. Wynne was born April 21, 1935 in Griffin, Georgia. He was the son of the late Dr. Tillet Hillary Wynne, Jr. and Frances Tallulah Raven Wynne. He was preceded in death by his sister, Rosemary Wynne Goldstein. He served in the United States Navy and the United States Naval Reserve. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Elks Club, and Griffin Country Club. He was retired from Dublin Vision Care. Mr. Wynne passed away Monday, April 6, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Wynne is survived by his loving wife, Hilda Scarborough Radney Wynne of Dublin, 3 daughters, Jackie Wynne Smith of St. Louis, Missouri, Toni Wynne of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Nicole Radney (Tracy) Yanken, grandchildren, Ashley (Grant) Fordham of Clover South Carolina, Justin (Jessica) Yanken, Sidney DeForest Smith of Texas, a great-granddaughter, Sophia Yanken, and a brother, Dr. Terry Wynne (Mariel) of Griffin. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Mr. Wynne to Serenity Hospice at 520 Hillcrest Parkway, Dublin, Georgia 31021. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
