Arulanandam Yesu Raj

Funeral services Mr. Arulanandam Yesu Raj, age 78, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Pine Forest United Methodist Church with interment to follow at Northview Cemetery. Rev. Wes Moye and Dr. Joel Dent will officiate. Mr. Raj was born January 26, 1938 in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, India. He was the son of Arulanandam and Nesammal. He was a member of Pine Forest United Methodist Church for many years and was active in the Pine Forest Men's Sunday school class. He was employed at Toomsboro Nursing Home and the Carl Vinson V.A. Medical Center as a registered nurse. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, who loved gardening and calligraphy. Mr. Raj passed away Friday, April 29, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Arulsigamony Yesu Raj of Dublin, a son, Arnold Yesu Raj, and daughter-in-law, Irene Retna Raj of Dublin, two brothers, Selvamony and Retnaraj, a sister, Selvapackiam and a grandson, Michael Yesu Raj. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Friday, May 6, 2016 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel have charge of funeral arrangements.
