Baby Emmie James Price

Funeral services for Baby Emmie James Price will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 26, 2023, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with interment to follow at Blue Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Ben Edwards and Rev. Jim Allen will officiate.

Baby Emmie was born August 4, 2023, in Macon, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her paternal great- grandparents, Jim Solen and Olen Price, and her maternal great- grandparents, Ferrell Wynn, Ronald Carter, and James Mills. Although Emmie's time here was short, she touched the lives of so many. Baby Emmie passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Beverly Knight Olson Children's Hospital.

Baby Emmie is survived by her parents, Hunter and Kate Price; paternal grandparents, Randy and Wende Sumner, and Neil Price; maternal grandparents, Jamie and Sharon Mills; paternal great-grandparents, Carol Solen, and Shelba Price; maternal great-grandparents, Nancy Wynn, Judy Carter, and Violet Mills; 4 uncles, Trey Mills, Payne Mills, J.P. Price, and Chan Sumner; and 1 aunt, Kayda Sumner.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 10:45 A.M. Saturday, August 26, 2023, at the funeral home.

The family requests that you wear something pink in honor of Baby Emmie to the funeral service.
