Betty Nell Byrne

Memorial services for Betty Nell Byrne, age 82 will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, August 5, 2022, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory. Rev. James Covington will officiate. Mrs. Byrne was born March 3, 1940, in Wrightsville, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Roundtree and Mary Ellen Gibson Tanner. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Don Byrne; 2 sisters, Sandra Mixon, and Jimmie Davis Wynn; and son in law, Mike Browning. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Faith Christian Assembly. Mrs. Byrne passed away Monday, August 1, 2022, at Fairview Park Hospital. Mrs. Byrne is survived by her children Mickey Byrne (Sheri), daughter Tammy B. Browning, and Tony Byrne (Sabrina); 6 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
