Graveside Funeral services for Billie Kay Payne, age 83 will be held private.

Ms. Payne was born October 3, 1939 in Laurens County, Georgia. She was was the daughter of the late Joseph Frank and Claudia Senn Flanders. She is also preceded in death by her child, Lann Beasley, amd 2 sisters, Geneva Brown and Wadean Jones. She was retired from a Dry Cleaning Service. Ms. Payne passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Scott Health and Rehab.

Ms. Payne is survived by her son, Dual Beasley of East Dublin, 2 daughters, Judy Beasley of East Dublin, and April Smith of Augusta, a brother, Clifton Flanders of East Dublin, a sister, Patsy Cauley of East Dublin, and 7 grandchildren.
