Billy Thomas Graham, 86, of East Dublin passed away August 23, 2020 at the Georgia Veterans Home in Milledgeville. Mr. Graham was born April 28, 1934 in Johnson County to the late Foster Thomas Graham and Louise Andrew Graham. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Anne Graham; his sisters Nellie Veal of Wrightsville, Iris Wilkes of Pooler, Mildred Garnto of Macon, and Joyce Brown of East Dublin. Mr. Graham is survived by his son Scotty Graham and his twin daughters Debra Laws and Denise Bell and his stepsons Kirk Clayton and Jeff Clayton. He is also survived by his brother Larry (Maulene) Graham, and his sisters Dale Pierce and Kay (Keith) Alligood of East Dublin. He is further survived by his grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Graham joined the Air Force when he was 16 years old and made it his career. After proudly serving his country during the Korean and Viet Nam War years and throughout the world, he retired to East Dublin and began house painting which allowed him to make many friends. Mr. Graham enjoyed fishing, going to yard sales, telling tall tales, and eating breakfast with his buddies. He was a faithful and dutiful son to his widowed mother and was generous to anyone in need. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of arrangements.
