Billy Kim Youmans

Funeral services for Billy Kim Youmans, age 62 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 25, 2026, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with interment to follow at Westview Cemetery. Rev. Richard Stavley will officiate.

Mr. Youmans was born November 24, 1963, in Swainsboro, Georgia. He was the son of the late Billy J. Youmans and Gloria Ann Hooks Youmans. He previously lived in Hilton Head Island, SC for 2 ½ years before moving back to Georgia. He was the previous owner of Ed’s Truck Stop in Swainsboro. He was also a Bail Bondsman. Mr. Youmans passed away Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Fairview Park Hospital.

Mr. Youmans is survived by his wife, Sheila Parker Youmans; a daughter, Ashley Brook Youmans Mace (Tim); 2 sisters, Pam Youmans Edenfield (Smith) and Lisa Youmans Shaw (Marion); a nephew, William Kendall Parker, II; and 3 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be David Norris, Wess Shiver, Chase Collins, Bruce Roberts, Brent Ross, and Bryce Wilkerson.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 1:45 PM on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the funeral home.
