Bobby G. Patterson

Funeral services for Bobby G. Patterson, age 74, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at Pinehurst Drive Baptist Church with Rev. Donnie Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Patterson was born on June 24, 1951, in Milledgeville, Georgia. Bobby was a resident of Dublin for 26 years, moving from McIntyre, and was a retired GA DOT highway foreman in Wilkinson County. He was a member of Pinehurst Drive Baptist Church, where he served as deacon. He loved cutting grass and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Grover Patterson and Thetus Patterson Ennis. Bobby passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila Hall Patterson of Dublin, 2 sons, Spencer Brian Patterson (Stephanie) of McIntyre and Rev. Jason Derek Patterson (Dawn) of Dublin, brother, Donnie Patterson (Nona) of McIntyre, sister, Elaine Perry of LaGrange, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation will held on Tuesday from 1:00 P.M. to 1:45 P.M. at the church prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Pinehurst Drive Baptist Church.

Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of the funeral arrangements.
