Brenda Lyles Lord

Funeral services for Brenda Lyles Lord, age 62, will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, November 4, 2019 at Piney Mount United Methodist Church with Rev. Sammy Hall and Rev. Andy Logue officiating. Burial will follow in Union Grove Calvary Holiness Cemetery. Mrs. Lord was born March 2, 1957 in Dublin, Georgia. She was a lifelong resident of Wrightsville and a former member of the Johnson County Jaycees. She was a former Medical Assistant for Dublin OBGYN Associates. Mrs. Lord passed away Friday, November 1, 2019 in St. Joseph's Candler Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents Tillman and Nellie McCoy Lyles, and her husband Allen Troy (Fluker) Lord. She is survived by her two daughters Tabatha (Craig) White of Wrightsville and Lori Lord Couey (Courtney Maddox) of Dublin, two sisters Patricia (Danny) Carter and Jo Ann Register both of Wrightsville, grandchildren Taylor Couey, Savannah Couey, Spencer Couey, Allie White, Ambree White, Carley Maddox, Cuyler Maddox, and Cayla Maddox, one great grandchild Sophia Couey, and special friend, Johnny Conley Pallbearers will be Jottie Burgamy, Mike Wynn, Eddie Stevens, Peyton Hood, Neil Lord and Joel Cochran. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Stanley Funeral Home in Wrightsville. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
