Mr. Powell was born November 2, 1949, in Macon, Georgia. He was the son of the late Carlton W. Powell, Sr. and Dorothy Sellars Powell. He was the owner and operator of Powell Used Cars. Mr. Powell passed away on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Fairview Park Hospital.
Mr. Powell is survived by a many close friends.
Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
