Carol Sue Blue

Funeral services for Carol Sue Blue, age 60, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Wrightsville Church of the Nazarene with burial to follow in Westview Cemetery. Bro. Billy Lanthrip will officiate. Mrs. Blue was born March 29, 1962, in Dublin, Georgia. She was a member of the Wrightsville Church of the Nazarene and she worked for Walmart Vision Center for many years as an Optician. Mrs. Blue was preceded in death by her parents Ernest Harry Smith and Nelly Ruth Smith and her brother Perry Smith. Mrs. Blue passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022, at her residence. She is survived by her husband Charles Blue, Sr. of Wrightsville, her two sons Charles (Crystal) Blue, II of Dublin and Quentin (Amanda) Blue of Wrightsville, daughter Christie Blue of Dublin, brother Tommy (Tammy) Smith of Indiana, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. The family will receive family and friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be the grandchildren. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel in charge of the funeral arrangements.
