Charles Edward "Chuck" Hazen

Charles Edward " Chuck" Hazen 35 years young went to be with our lord and savior on March 20, 2020 at home in Dexter, Georgia. Mr. Hazen was born on April 10, 1984 in Winter Park, Florida. He was a resident of Dexter for the last 21 years and moved here from Ocoee, Florida. Chuck is a 2002 graduate of West Laurens High School. He also went on to graduate from Oconee Fall Line College in mechanics, welding, and fabrication. Chuck also attended University of Georgia. Chuck is preceded in death by his father Maurice "Mo" Hazen. He is survived by his mothers Judy B. Hazen of Dexter, Janice White of Cadwell. Daughter Sarah Elizabeth of Bainbridge. Sister Sharon "Puddin" Lowe of Dexter. Nephew Alex "Little Buddy" Hernandez of Dexter. Uncle Charlie (Lou) Bramlett of Salt Springs, Florida. Cousins Tim (Tammy) Jones of Dexter, Michael (Sharon) Jones of Chester. Several more cousins. In lieu of flowers a GoFundMe account has been set up for Chuck Hazen memorial at Wells Fargo in Dublin. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/ Dublin Chapel will be in charge of arrangements.
