Charles Donald "Don" Jenkins, Jr.

Charles Donald Jenkins, Jr. (affectionately known to many as "Noze") passed away Saturday, February 10, 2024 after a brief illness. Don was 63 years of age.

Don was born on May 31, 1960, in Franklin, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Donald Jenkins, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Wells Jenkins. He attended Dublin High School. Don loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and muscle cars. However, the greatest love of his life was his daughter Candi and his two grandchildren Brylee and Gatlin. A friend to all that knew him, he would help you in any way he could and give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it. A master carpenter by trade, he worked in construction all of his life. Don attended Dublin Church of Christ.

Survivors are Daughter Candi Jenkins Dean (Kenneth Strong), Grandchildren Brylee and Gatlin Dean, Brother Fred Jenkins, Sisters Donna (Donny) Murry and Lisa Ann Warnock. He is also survived by his Aunt Juanita Drew, and Uncles Billy Jenkins and Larry (Barbara) Jenkins, Nieces Donielle (Brandon) Gay and Brittany Sanders and a Nephew Josh (Sara) Warnock. He is also survived by many Georgia and Tennessee cousins who loved him dearly.

The family will receive friends on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stanley Funeral Home in Dublin, Georgia. A Celebration of Life will be Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory with Reverend Timothy Knowles officiating.

Pallbearers will be Butch Hampton, Randy Hampton, Ryan Dean, Terrence Webb, Ben Gay and Joey Jackson.

Burial will be at Harmony Cemetery in Soperton, Georgia.

Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of the funeral arrangements.
