Charles Wesley Lovett

Funeral services for Charles Wesley Lovett, age 68 will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with interment to follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Dr. Billy Daws will officiate. Mr. Lovett was born on April 12, 1947 in Dublin, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his sister, JoAnn Lovett Haywood. He was self employed. He served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He was of the Presbyterian Faith. Mr. Lovett passed away on Monday, June 1, 2015 at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. Mr. Lovett is survived by his son Spence (Lindy) Lovett of Dudley, a daughter, Leigh (Paul) Ferrell of Dublin, his father, Ervin (Dahlia) Lovett of East Dublin, his mother, Audrey (John) Lovett ofEast Dublin, a stepson, Paul (Bernice) Baker, III, a brother, William Lovett of Dublin, 2 step brothers, Stevie Lovett of Dublin, and Greg Lovett of Tampa, FL, and 5 grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Rob Lovett, Gene Fordham, Bobby Lovett, David Franks, Gary Frost, and Dale Frost. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
