Claudia Ruth Peavy

Private graveside services for Claudia Ruth Burchfield Peavy, age 77, will be held at Dublin Memorial Gardens. 

Mrs. Peavy was born on October 22, 1948, in Crossett, Arkansas. She retired as the Executive Director of Human Resources with Farmers Furniture in Dublin after 37 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Burchfield and Virginia Ruth Harris Burchfield and her son, Terrence Peavy. Mrs. Peavy passed away Thursday, October 1, 2026, at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond Thomas Peavy of Dublin; daughters, Shannon Morris and Karan Burch both of Dublin; a son, Raymond Travis Peavy of Dublin; a sister, Luanne Guin of Crossett, Arkansas; 4 grandchildren, Josey Kelly, Gracey Grimes, Kristene White and Beau Burch; and 2 great grandchildren.

Stanley Funeral Homes and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of the funeral arrangements.
