Clemmie Mae Williams

Funeral services for Mrs. Clemmie Mae Harrold Williams, age 88, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 23, 2016 at the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Northview Cemetery. Rev. Freddie Smith will officiate. Mrs. Williams was born April 28, 1928 in Hays, North Carolina but has made her home in Laurens County since 1948. She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Leonard & Ora Huie Harrold, her husband, Olen Baxton Williams, Sr. and two sons, Olen Baxton Williams, Jr. and David Williams. She was a member of Dudley United Methodist Church and was retired as a seamstress from G.C. Hawkins Service Cleaners. Mrs. Williams passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016. She is survived by her daughter, Lynn (Mike) Williams Long of Rentz, two brothers, James Harrold and Billy Ray Harrold both of Hays, NC, three grandchildren, Jonathan Long of Rentz, Shay Williams of Macon and Robbie Williams of Warner Robins, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM, Friday, December 23, 2016 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
