Clifton Wilkinson

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Clifton Wilkinson, age 96 will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at Northview Cemetery. Mr. Wilkinson was born on January 17, 1918 in Dudley, Georgia. He was the son of the late Theo and Annie Tindal Wilkinson. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Lord Wilkinson. He was a member of Jefferson Street Baptist Church. He was self employed as a Welder. Mr. Wilkinson passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Serenity Place. Mr. Wilkinson is survived by his 3 sons, Zane A. Wilkinson of Dublin, Steve R. Wilkinson of Ponce De Leon, FL, and Clifton Wilkinson of Dublin, 3 daughters, Glennetta Carswell of Dublin, Joyce Sikes of Dublin, and Charlotte Wilkinson of Fayetteville, 13 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Mr. Wilkinson to Serenity Place at 504 Parker Dairy Road/Dublin, GA 31021 or to The Lighthouse Adult Daycare at 611 Bellevue Avenue/Dublin, GA 31021. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
