Connie Collins Dewease

Funeral services for Connie Collins Dewease, age 73, will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, November 17, 2023, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Brad Sanders and Rev. Thomas Wicker officiating. Interment will follow in Northview Cemetery.

Mrs. Dewease was born on July 9, 1950, in Dublin, Georgia. She was a member of First Independent Methodist Church. Mrs. Dewease was retired from Rockwell Automation where she worked in the Human Resource Department. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Leola Sirmons Collins and her husband, Arlton "Bud" Dewease. Mrs. Dewease passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at Fairview Park Hospital.

She is survived by her son, Mark Dewease (Shelbie) of Dublin, daughter, Amy Reagan (Tony) of Statesboro, and her brother, Ronnie Collins of Wrightsville.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M on Thursday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Derrick Hampton, Ray Beck, Wayne Sirmons, Joe Thomas, Van Savage and Dale Dewease.

Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
