Cord J.C. Edgecomb

Memorial services for Mr. Cord J.C. Edgecomb, age 32, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 19, 2020 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Steve Hardeman officiating. Burial will be private in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Mr. Edgecomb was born on January 24, 1988 in Macon, Georgia. Cord grew up in Crawford County. He was a 2007 graduate of Crawford County High School and attended Oconee Fall Line Technical College. He previously worked as a grader with Gilman Building Products and most recently as a field technician with Spectrum. He is preceded in death by his father Ralph Vincent Edgecomb. Cord was a kind person, with a free spirit, who loved his family and will be missed by all that knew him. He passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2020. Mr. Edgecomb is survived by his wife Kelli McDaniel Edgecomb of East Dublin, stepson Caden Luecke and stepdaughter Katelyn Luecke both of East Dublin, mother Susan Edgecomb of Dublin, grandmother Maureen Blakley, stepmother Brenda Kimsey, sister Carrie Ann Johnston of Dublin, brothers Kyle Vincent Edgecomb (Rebecca) of Dublin, Josh Chouinard (Suzanne) of McDonough and Chris Chouinard (Brandy) of Lizella, and several nieces, nephews and close friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
