Delores Jean Bramblett

Funeral mass for Delores Jean Bramblett, age 94, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church followed by graveside services at 2:00 P.M. at Saint Joseph’s (Bay Branch) Catholic Church Cemetery in Sylvania. Father Robert Phillip and Father Louis Lussier officiating.

Mrs. Bramblett was born on June 9, 1932, in Pontiac, Michigan. She was a former resident of Millen, Georgia and was a member of Saint Bernadette Catholic Church. She also worked with the Catholic Glenmary Sisters operating a Catholic thrift store for the needy for over 40 years. In 2018, she moved to Dublin and joined the Immaculate Conception Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Gertrude Richway, husband Johnnie Bramblett, daughter Patricia Bramblett, and two sons Michael Bramblett and Johnny Bramblett. Mrs. Bramblett passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026, at her residence.

She is survived by her children, Kathy Underwood of Sylvania, Donna “Angel” James of Shady Valley, TN and James Bramblett (Penny) of Dublin; daughter in law Holly Bramblett of Millen; brother Gerald Richway of Michigan; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Coty James, Billy James, Andrew James, Johnathon James, Casey Myers, Robbie Underwood, James Bramblett, Dillan Bramblett, and Christopher Hayden.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Joseph’s (Bay Branch) Catholic Church in Sylvania, Georgia.
