Destiney Hope Kight

Funeral services for Destiney Hope Kight, age 18, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 30, 2021 at Brown Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Adams officiating. A private burial for family will follow in Hope Gardens Family cemetery. Destiney was born on February 2, 2003 in Swainsboro, Georgia. She was a cheerleader while she attended Johnson County High School and was a graduate of Penn Foster High School. She enjoyed pageants, makeup, TikTok videos, and riding with Iron Legacy Motorcycle Club. She loved people and making others smile. She touched many lives and will be missed. Destiney passed away Friday, April 23, 2021. Destiney is survived by her parents, Latosha Newsome (William) and Jason Kight (Tifani), Gene Thompson (Misty), sister, Madison Kight, brothers, Jay Kight (Taylor), Cale Adams, Cory Adams, grandparents, Danny Graham (Marie), Wanda Graham, and Maxine Garnto (Wendell), nephew, Kayson Kight, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
