Dianne Cox Pope

Funeral services for Dianne Cox Pope, age 76 will be held at 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Wellspring Baptist Church, with interment to follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Tyler Daniel and Rev. Donnie Baker will officiate.

Mrs. Pope was born June 14, 1947, in Dublin, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Ralph Edward and Evelyn Elizabeth Alligood Cox. She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Douglas Pope, and 2 brothers, Darell Mullis, and Edward William Cox. She was the co-owner/operator with Gail Kight for 20 years of Mrs. Songbirds Treehouse before purchasing it and becoming the sole owner. She was a member of Wellspring Baptist Church. Mrs. Pope passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024, at her residence.

Mrs. Pope is survived by her husband, Charles Douglas Pope of Dublin, a daughter, Angela Michelle Pope Hatcher of Dublin, 2 grandchildren, Tyler Harrison Daniel and Cameron Carl Daniel, and 3 great-grandchildren, Elliana Francesca Daniel, Rosalie Evangeline Daniel, and Knox Isaiah Daniel.
