Graveside funeral services for Dixie Lousue Killingsworth Evans, age 78 will be held at 4:00 P.M. Monday, May 07, 2018 at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Greg Lowery will officiate. Mrs. Evans was born October 16, 1939 in Wrightsville, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late James Allen and Maudie Lee Claxton Killingsworth. She was a homemaker and the co-owner of Evans Cabinet Company. She was the Director of Saxon Heights Nursery for 18 years. She was also a former board member for the Dublin-Laurens Art Council. Mrs. Evans passed away Sunday, Mary 6, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband, Henry Clyde Evans of Dublin, 3 children, Brent Allen Evans of Macon, Ashley Todd Evans of Hilton Head, SC, and Katrina Lousue Gatti of Steamboat Springs, CO, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a loving and loyal caregiver, Fred Jenkins. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
