Donald L. Chase

Mr. Donald L. Chase, age 69 passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Fairview Park Hospital. Mr. Chase was born July 23, 1952 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was the son of the late Harold Videon and Leonia Mosley Brock Chase. He was retired from AT&T. Mr. Chase is survived by his wife, Judith Ann Box Chase of East Dublin. Mr. Chase will be memorialized by Cremation. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
