Donald Gary Hett, Sr.

Graveside funeral services for Donald Gary Hett, Sr., age 64 will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at The Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 2617 Vinson Highway, Milledgeville, Georgia 31061 with Military Honors. Pastor Maurice Battle will officiate.

Mr. Hett was born on September 16, 1960, in Portsmouth, Virginia. He was the son of the late Alexander Cook Hett, Jr. and Glenda C. Meiggs Hett. He was a retired truck driver. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and the United States Marine Corps. He had a passion for Bowling and playing Bingo. Mr. Hett passed away Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at his residence.

Mr. Hett is survived by his wife, Susan M. Hett of Dublin; a son, Donald Gary Hett, Jr. of Texas; a daughter, Evelyn Camelia Hett of New York; and a sister, Renee Hett Owens of Carney, MI.
