Donna Doris Copas

Memorial services for Donna Doris Copas, age 72 will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Marie Baptist Church. Rev. Bobby Hutto will officiate.

Mrs. Copas was born August 26, 1952, in Bethesda, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Bernard Ralph Tanner and Doris Devaney Tanner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Daniel Copas, a grandson, Justin Edward Evans, and 3 siblings, David Tanner, James Mullis, and Gerald Mullis. She was a retired teacher's aide at Saxon Elementary. She was a member of Marie Baptist Church. Mrs. Copas passed away Friday, August 30, 2024, at her residence.

Mrs. Copas is survived by her daughter, Buffy Evans of Dublin, a son, Daniel (Suzi) Copas of Dublin, a brother, Bernard (Joy) Tanner of Winder, and 2 great-grandchildren, Ardieray Evans and Joeci Johnson.
