Dorsey Grubbs

Funeral services for Mr. Dorsey Grubbs, age 67 will be held Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home in Dublin. Mr. Fred Ashley and Mr. Thurmon Foskey will officiate. Mr. Grubbs was born April 11, 1952 in Macon, Georgia and was the son of the late Paul and Judy Cole Grubbs. He was also preceded in death by his brother Danny Ashley. He was self-employed as an engine builder. Mr. Grubbs passed away Monday, July 8, 2019 at Shamrock Nursing Home in Dublin. Mr. Grubbs is survived by his wife Carol Graham Grubbs of Dublin, by sons Donnie Grubbs and Joey Grubbs, both of Dublin, by step children Victoria Graham, Brian Yates, and Joshua Graham, all of Dublin, by brother Billy Fred Ashley of Macon, by sisters Debra Cypher and Cabot Penn, and by ten grandchildren and two step grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
