Emmett Perry Bozeman

Graveside funeral services for Emmett Perry Bozeman, age 84 will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 19, 2022, at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Sid Harrison will officiate. Mr. Bozeman was born September 17, 1937, in Cochran, Georgia. He was the son of the late Bernard Ray and Lucy Leota Manning Bozeman. He was a long-time resident of Dudley, Georgia where he enjoyed many friends, especially his morning coffee crew at Millers Quick Stop. He retired from Robins Air Force Base as an electrician after 39 years. He was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed a lengthy retirement spending time with family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Mr. Bozeman passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Serenity Place. Mr. Bozeman is survived by his son Eddie (Beth) Bozeman of Dublin, 3 grandchildren, Andy (Christy) Bozeman of Dublin, Ben (Meghan Wilkins) Bozeman of Dublin, and Sarabeth Bozeman of Dublin, 3 great-grandchildren, Rhett Bozeman, Caleb Bozeman, and Luke Bozeman all of Dublin. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M until 7:00 P.M. Friday, March 18, 2022, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in memory of Mr. Bozeman to Dudley Little League at P.O. Box 424, Dudley, Georgia 31022. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
