Ervin Wesley Lovett

Funeral Services for Ervin Wesley Lovett, age 95 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 13, 2022 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory with interment to follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Curtis Warnock will officiate.

Mr. Lovett was born July 17, 1927, in Dublin, Georgia. He was the son of the late John Wesley and Sallie Yates Lovett. He was also preceded in death by his wives, Audrey Lovett and Betty Lovett; 2 children, Charles Lovett, and JoAnn Lovett Haywood, and a daughter-in-love, April Fields. He was a self-employed farmer. Mr. Lovett passed away Friday, December 9, 2022, surrounded by family.

Mr. Lovett is survived by his loving companion, Dahlia M. Fields of East Dublin; 3 children, William Lovett of Dublin, Stevie (Sheril) Lovett of Dublin, and Greg (Nanciann) Lovett, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren,  great-great grandchildren; and a caregiver, Vickie Sutton.

Pallbearers will be Shane Lovett, Spencer Lovett, Rob Lovett, David Franks, Larry Wells, and Rodney Battle.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at the funeral home.
