Francis Harley

Mr. Francis Harley, age 91 passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at Dublinair Nursing Home and Rehab. Mr. Harley was born on September 5, 1925 in Accokeek, Maryland. He was the son of the late Joseph and Mary Harley. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Jean Kelbaugh Ramsey. He was retired from the Public Works Department for City of Riverdale, Maryland. He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Rountree of Rentz, and Ferne Hupp of Dublin. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
