Frankie Peavy Stewart

Funeral services for Mrs. Frankie Peavy Stewart, age 84 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Lovett United Methodist Church, with interment to follow at Boiling Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Barbara Nelson will officiate. Mrs. Stewart was born in Sandersville, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Tom and Cora McCoy Peavy. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Dewell Stewart. She was a member of Boiling Springs United Methodist Church but often attended Lovett United Methodist Church. She worked at Apparelcraft in Wrightsville. She was retired from Biljo Industries. Mrs. Stewart passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Southland Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Stewart is survived by her 2 sons, Dallas (Cheryl) Stewart, of Lovett, and Jimmy (Donna) Stewart of Dublin, a daughter, Sara H. (Roy) Williams of Dublin, and 7 grandchildren, Carey Williams, Rebecca Latora, John Williams, Lindsey Stewart, Morgan Thomas, Hillary Stewart, and Heather Stewart, and 5 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
