Genevieve Mimbs

Graveside services for Ms. Genevieve Mimbs, age 91, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, February 17, 2022, in Northview Cemetery with Rev. Randy Adams officiating. Ms. Mimbs was born June 4 ,1930 in Swainsboro, Georgia. She was a homemaker and previously worked for Friendly Gus. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Ola Daniels Grimes, her husband, Ray Mimbs, her son, Allan Parker., her brother, Elmer Carl Grimes, and her sister, Edna Moriah. Ms. Mimbs passed away Monday, February 14, 2022, at Cambridge Care Center in Snellville. She is survived by her niece, Lisa M. Grimes of Snellville, nephew, David F. Grimes of Tennessee, a great niece and great nephews, Ginny Grimes, Billy Coates, Michael Coates, David Carl Grimes, and Matthew Grimes, several great-great nephews and a great-great niece, several grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
