Georgia Pearl Perry

Funeral services for Georgia Pearl Payne Perry, age 72 will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 23, 2018 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with interment to follow at Northview Cemetery. Rev. Matt Haywood will officiate. Mrs. Perry was born April 1, 1946 in Wilkinson County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late David Taylor and Margaret Lucille Bailey Payne. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Wilburn Bailey Payne. She was retired from the civil service at Robins Air Force Base. She was a member of Montrose Baptist Church. She was an incredible artist where she had a passion to draw and paint. Mrs. Perry passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Southland Nursing Home and Rehabilitation. Mrs. Perry is survived by her son, Elmer Dallas (Tammy) Perry, Jr. of Unadilla, a daughter, Debbie Colette (Karl) Harris of Warner Robins, a brother, David Taylor (Nancy) Payne, Jr. of Kathleen, and 3 grandchildren, Elmer Dallas Perry, III of Utah, Rebecca Jackson of Nebraska, and Jonathon Harris of Warner Robins. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 23, 2018 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
