Glynda Williams Hendley

Funeral services for Glynda Williams Hendley, age 75, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 2, 2025, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory with burial to follow in Reedy Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Dr. Larry Daniel will officiate.

Mrs. Hendley was born on August 5, 1950, in Cadwell, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late J.D. and Grace McCullough Williams. She was of the Baptist faith and was a retired building inspector for the State of Georgia. Mrs. Hendley passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, Georgia.

She is survived by her husband, Donnie Hendley of Dexter, a daughter, Nikki Carr of Temple, a son Kris (Jamie) Carr of Bonaire, a stepdaughter Tina (Kenny) Loy of Orange Park, FL, a sister Joette (David) Wielicki of Manning, SC, a brother Earl Williams of Milledgeville, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. to 1:45 P.M. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the funeral home.

Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of the funeral arrangements.
