Horace Carlan

Mr. Horace Carlan, age 66 passed away Monday, November 26, 2018 at Shamrock Nursing Home and Rehabilitation. Mr. Carlan was born September 15, 1952 in Athens, Georgia. He was the son of the late Junious Horace Carlan and Helen Dorothy Murray Carlan. Mr. Carlan spent most of his life living in Athens, Georgia. Mr. Carlan is survived by his sister, Glenda Carlan Roberts of Tampa, friends, David and Lori Chastain of Acworth, Sara Knight of Dublin, and host of friends and caregivers at Shamrock Nursing and Rehabilitation. Mr. Carlan will be cremated with a service held at a later date. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
