Howard Eugene Pinion

Graveside funeral services for Howard Eugene Pinion, age 83 will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Westview Cemetery.

Mr. Pinion was born August 29, 1941, in Summerville, Georgia. He was the son of the late Joseph Watson Pinion and Mildred Ellen Arp Pinion. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lillian McCoy Pinion. He served in the United States Air Force. He retired from Norfolk Southern. Mr. Pinion passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Fairview Park Hospital.

Mr. Pinion is survived by his son, Joseph (Tina) Pinion of Wrightsville; a daughter, Lisa (David Burris) McLendon of East Dublin; 6 grandchildren, Justin Pharr, Richard Francis McLendon, Jr., Anthony Logan McLendon, Ashleah Pinion, Kaylah Drakeford, and Joshua Pinion; and 6 great-grandchildren.
