Idell R. Perkins

Funeral services for Mrs. Idell R. Perkins, age 94, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 26, 2015 at the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel with an additional service following at Old Canoochee Primitive Baptist Church, 231 Harmon Road, Swainsboro, Georgia at 3:00 P.M. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Elder Tommy Rountree and Rev. Ed Ellington will officiate. Mrs. Perkins was born January 13, 1921. Formerly of Swainsboro, she has made her home in Laurens County for the past 21 years. She was a member of Old Canoochee Primitive Baptist Church and was retired from Kellars Manufacturing. Mrs. Perkins passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015 She is survived by her son-in-law, Carrol Clifton of Dublin and a sister, Frances Johnson of North Augusta, South Carolina. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 26, 2015 at the funeral home and from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at Old Canoochee Primitive Baptist Church. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
