Graveside funeral services for Iris Mercado Fenton, age 89 will be held 10:30 A.M. Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Gates of Heaven in Aspen Hill, Maryland. Mrs. Fenton passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at the Medical Center of Navicent Health in Macon. Mrs. Fenton is survived by loving husband, William Fenton of Dublin, a son, Jordan Michael (Hallie) Fenton of Wrightsville, 2 brothers, Librado Mercado of Waldorf, MD, and Luis Mercado of San Juan, Puerto Rico, and 2 sisters, Lubys Shumate of Roxboro, NC, and Mary Oheda of Grand Rapids, MI. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at the funeral home. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
