Jackie Mae Collins

Funeral services for Mrs. Jackie Mae Collins, age 63, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 28, 2024, in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory, with burial to follow in Northview Cemetery. Dr. Curtis Lysaker will officiate.

Mrs. Collins was born on March 16, 1960, in Soperton, Georgia. She worked for the Laurens County Board of Education as a school bus driver for 19 years and was the owner of several restaurants including Smokers Café. She was preceded in death by her father Ronnie "Runt" Rogers; her mother Mattie Johnson; stepfather Homer Johnson; brother Ronnie Rogers, and sister Cathy Carter. Mrs. Collins passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Fairview Park Hospital.

She is survived by her life partner, Roy Parker, her children, Stephanie Murray (Randy), Jason Rogers (Jessica), Addison April Rogers, and Christy Freeman (Jacob), and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.

Pallbearers will be Eric Mason, Jason Barber, Hunter Daniels, Dustin Daniels, Michael Parker, and Dawson Knight.

Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of the funeral arrangements.
