James H. Bell

Mr. James H. Bell, age 61 passed away March 22, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Bell was born October 18, 1958 in Monticello, NY. He was the son of the late Henry and Lillian Conklin Bell. He was retired from Monticello High School where he worked in the Custodial Department. Mr. Bell is survived by his siblings Donna Conklin, Donald Bell, Henry Bell, Mary Will and Pearl Bell, and a aunt, Maggie Conklin. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
