James Westley Lowe

Memorial services with Military Honors for Mr. James Westley Lowe, age 69, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory. Mr. Thurmon Foskey will officiate. Mr. Lowe was born on April 16, 1947 in Vallejo, CA. He was the son the late Gordon W. and Vera P. Duffield Lowe. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Darlene Lowe. He has lived in Laurens County, GA for the past 12 years after coming from Ocala, FL. He was of the Baptist Faith. He served in the United States Navy where he fought in Vietnam. He was a retired Security Guard for Burns. Mr. Lowe passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Shamrock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Lowe is survived by his daughter, Sharon Vera Lowe of Dublin, and 2 grandchildren, Veronica Garibay, and Alex James Hernandez both of Dublin.
