Jean Forbragd

Ms. Jean Forbragd, age 86 died Thursday, December 19, 2019 at her residence in Dublin. Funeral service will be held Monday, December 23, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chan Stanley Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory in Dublin, with the Rev. Jim Fennell officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Springs Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. prior to the service. Ms. Forbragd was born January 26, 1933 in Laurens County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Clovis Moore and Lois Brown Moore. She was also preceded in death by her husband Jack Forbragd. She was a resident of Laurens County for the past twenty years after retiring as a medical assistant with Emory University. She was a member of Jefferson Street Baptist Church. Ms. Forbragd is survived by a son, Steve (Michele) Howard of Dublin, a daughter, Nancy (Vaughn) Clark of Dublin, and by several grandchildren. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Dublin Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
