Jeannette Williamson Price

Funeral services for Mrs. Jeannette Lindsey Williamson Price, age 88, will be held 4:00 P.M. Sunday, November 24, 2019 in the Richard N. Stanley, Jr. Memorial Chapel of Stanley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. Her grandson Mr. Eric Stewart will officiate. Mrs. Price was born December 16, 1930 in Wrightsville, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Grady and Ruby Dell Meeks Lindsey. She was married to the late David A. Williamson until his death in 1980. She also is preceded in death by an infant son David Andrew Williamson, her son Warren Williamson, and husband William Marcus Price. She loved growing and caring for her flowers and looking after her dogs, Molly, Lucy, and Belle. She was a member of Cedar Grove Methodist Church. Mrs. Price passed away Friday, November 22, 2019 at Fairview Park Hospital. Mrs. Price is survived by her daughter, Janie (Dwight) Stewart of Dexter, her grandchildren, Lee (Ashlyn) Williamson, Jennifer (Mark) Fisher, Holly (Jason) Brett, Shelby (Franklin) Carter, Eric (Catie) Stewart, and Ashley (Justin) Harrison, and 11 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her great-grandsons, Chan Sumner, David Williamson, Andrew Williamson, and Matthew Williamson. The family will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. to 3:45 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the service. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
