Jerry Christopher Byrd,Sr.

Mr. Jerry Christopher Byrd, age 49, of Milledgeville died on January 2, 2024, Navicent Health Baldwin Hospital following an extended illness. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Byrd was the son of the late Jerry Bevian Byrd. He was a former employee of Wendy's and Walmart. He was a graduate of Washington County High School.

Survivors are his son, Jerry Christopher Byrd, Jr. of Sandersville; mother, Jean Fordham of Sandersville; and step sisters, Jamie Boatright and Katy Hood.

The family suggest donations be made to the Jerry Byrd Family Support Fund, P. O. Box 1016, Sandersville, Georgia 31082.
