Jewel Ivey Phelps

Mrs. Jewel Ivey Murray Phelps, age 62  passed away Monday, January 20, 2025 at Eastman Healthcare and Rehab after an exteneded illness.

Mrs. Phelps was born November 26, 1962. She was disabled.  She was survived by her loving husband, Mark Phelps of Eastman.

Mrs. Phelps will be memorialized by cremation. There are no services scheduled at this time.
