John Franklin Brown, Jr.

Mr. John Franklin Brown, Jr., age 88, passed away Monday, August 19, 2024, at Dublin Square.

Mr. Brown was born July 5, 1936, in Dublin, Georgia He was the son of the late John Franklin Brown, Sr. and Estoria Hobbs Brown. He was also preceded in death by his 2 sisters, Francis Vaughn and Rosyland Garnto. He was a 1962 Graduate of the University of Georgia. He was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. He served in the United States Air Force. He retired from the IMC Fertilizer Plant.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife, Jan Chester Brown of Dublin, a brother, Edward Brown of Gainesville, and several nieces and nephews.
