Joyce Debra Stubbs, age 28, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Select Specialty University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia.

Mrs. Stubbs was born on April 18, 1996, in Bangor, Maine.

She is survived by her birth mother, Jamie Richardson of Port Orange, FL; adopted mother, Pamela Higgins of Dover-Foxcroft, ME; her father, Daniel Stubbs of Dover-Foxcroft, ME; a son, Keaton Michael Stubbs of Harrison; her fiance, Richard Morgan of Harrison; 2 sisters, Emily Stubbs of Dover-Foxcroft, ME and Misty Fawn of Corinth, ME.

Mrs. Stubbs was memorialized by cremation and no formal service will be held at this time.
