Judith Ann Fort

Mrs. Judith Ann Fort, age 64, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Fairview Park Hospital.

Mrs. Fort was born on October 17, 1961, in Macon, Georgia. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ezekiel Fort and Dorothy Ann Fort Smith.

She is survived by her sister, Teresa Paul of East Dublin; her brother, David Smith of East Dublin; and other extended family members.

Mrs. Fort was memorialized by cremation and no formal services will be held.
